How to Prepare for Your Football Assessment

An assessment is about showing your true level — not a perfect performance. A little preparation helps us see the real you.

For a video assessment

• ✓Include full-match footage where possible, not just clips.
• ✓Make sure you are identifiable — shirt number and colour.
• ✓Use recent footage from the last 12 months.
• ✓Have your school stage and grades ready for the online evaluation.

For an in-person assessment

• ✓Choose fixtures where you expect to play real minutes.
• ✓Propose three options with dates and venues.
• ✓Rest, hydrate and prepare as for any important match.
• ✓Play your normal game — we assess decisions, not tricks.
